Public offer agreement

This document is a public offer regarding the reservation and transfer of a Norwich Terrier puppy. By submitting the enquiry form you accept the terms set out below.

1. Parties

Breeder: Bellami-Elan Parelyada kennel, owner — [owner name], contact: [e-mail], [phone]. Buyer — the individual who submits the enquiry form on this website.

2. Subject

The breeder transfers, and the buyer accepts, a Norwich Terrier puppy with pedigree documents, a veterinary passport with vaccination records and a tattoo/microchip. The specific puppy, sex, colour, date of birth and price are agreed in writing before transfer.

3. Enquiry and reservation

An enquiry does not oblige the breeder to transfer a puppy. The breeder may decline without giving reasons, including where the intended living conditions do not suit the breed. A reservation is confirmed once a puppy is agreed and a deposit is paid.

4. Price and payment

The price is quoted individually and the deposit is counted towards it. If the buyer withdraws for reasons outside the breeder's control, the deposit is non-refundable. If the transfer becomes impossible through the breeder's fault or the puppy's health, the deposit is refunded in full.

5. Transfer

The puppy is transferred not earlier than the age permitted by canine organisation rules and after full payment. The parties sign a sale agreement and the buyer receives the puppy's documents.

6. Buyer's obligations

The buyer undertakes to provide proper housing, feeding, veterinary care and vaccination, not to pass the animal to third parties without informing the breeder, and not to use the animal for breeding without the breeder's written consent where the puppy is placed as a companion.

7. Health and warranties

The breeder warrants that at the moment of transfer the puppy is clinically healthy and vaccinated for its age. The breeder is not liable for illness or injury occurring after transfer or for consequences of improper care. Health claims are accepted within 3 calendar days of transfer with a veterinarian's report.

9. Final provisions

The breeder may amend this offer; the current version is always published on this page. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and otherwise under the law applicable at the breeder's location.
